Forest Pond Side Glamping (#3)

One of 2 tents located around an ephemeral pond in the mountains, this site offers unparalleled tranquility and access to nature.
Each tent is equipped with a queen-sized bed and fresh sheets and pillows provided for each stay.

The bathroom is located a 2 minute walk away in a forest-immersed Bathhouse - including garden showers and natural materials.

Things to Note:

• This is a wilderness site, so please keep in mind that cellular service is unavailable, and Wifi is limited to the area around the Bathhouse (but we have the sounds of nature and a star-filled night sky!)
• We don’t allow food in the tents overnight (you can keep in your vehicle) - this is important.
• The tents are located a short 2 walk up from the parking area.
• Guests will receive a site map after booking - marking important sites and fun activities.
• No open flames are allowed in the units.
• We don’t allow firewood from outside of the property (since it can bring in invasive pests). We do provide firewood bundles and a shared firepit area.
• We prefer if guests don’t wear shoes/boots inside the tent.
• We allow 1 additional guest beyond the 2 person minimum for an additional $100.
• Pets are allowed for an additional $50, but are prohibited from going on the beds and any waste must be cleaned up (an additional cleaning fee will be applied if not).
• We ask all guests to observe quiet hours from 10:00pm-10:00am (no loud music or voices).
• Check-In Time is after 3pm, Check-Out Time is before 11am.
• The site is roughly 10 minutes from the towns of Phoenicia and Tannersville and 30 minutes to Woodstock - with tons of hikes, restaurants, and breweries nearby. The property is surrounded by protected wilderness, and refreshing streams where you can take a dip!
